Recognising the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Zero21 does not control the Content posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content. Under no circumstances will Zero21 be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. You agree to abide by these terms and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
If you upload content in breach of these terms we reserve the right to refuse to print it. If we have printed it we reserve the right to destroy the Product before delivery. In such circumstances we will not be obliged to offer you a refund.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Zero21, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, print vendors, business partners, employees, successors or assigns harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyers fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your infringement of the terms of Site, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once you have accepted our terms and content has been uploaded an order cannot be cancelled.
DELIVERY
Zero21 is in no way responsible for any delays in delivery. Zero21 will arrange delivery of the product by courier. You will be informed of the delivery date and it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery. If you are not available Zero21 may charge you for re-delivery.
Zero21 is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by matters outside its control including incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by you, transport or traffic difficulties or international customs issues. Zero21 will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper delivery address, Zero21 will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional delivery fee.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. We do not offer refunds or credit except in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion. You must notify Zero21 within 5 business days of delivery to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement you must return 99% of the received product within 30 days (on your expense) from the time when the ordered product was delivered.
