GENERAL

  1. The owner of this web site zero21.co.uk (the “Site”) is Senator Press Limited whose address is 3-4 Hayward Business Centre, New Lane, Havant, Hants, PO9 2NL. Registered in England no 324 7723. V.A.T No. 736 9008 20. Zero21 is our trading name.
  2. To place an order via the Site you must register. You must choose a username and password on completion of registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use the Site under your own username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password.
  3. You must follow the ordering procedure set out on the site. Your order is an offer from you to us to purchase the product on these terms and conditions. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Zero21 unless and until Zero21 accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Zero21 sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Zero21 of your offer to buy goods from Zero21 or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Zero21.
  4. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it. You agree to all communications being sent by e-mail.
  5. Zero21 will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party except as set out in these terms. We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our Zero21 Privacy Policy. Please view this document for further information.
  6. You undertake that all details you provide to Zero21 for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Zero21 as soon as possible.
  7. It is your responsibility to ensure that all artwork or other content or information you submit to the Site confirms to our customer content policy.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Site (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by the Company or its licensors. For the purposes of this legal notice, any use of extracts from this Site for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in this legal notice, your permission to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Site. No part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without the Company’s prior written permission. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

CUSTOMER CONTENT POLICY

You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Zero21, are entirely responsible for all Content that you send, upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Site. Recognising the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree to not use the Site to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains:

 

  1. child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile;
  2. a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law, or a threat of blackmail;
  3. any matter promoting, supporting or inciting breach of any law;;
  4. any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company;
  5. any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Zero21 or any third party.
  6. any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you; or
  7. unlicensed copyrighted materials from photographers, artists, publishers, composers, writers, and other authors of original works.

Zero21 does not control the Content posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content. Under no circumstances will Zero21 be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. You agree to abide by these terms and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

If you upload content in breach of these terms we reserve the right to refuse to print it. If we have printed it we reserve the right to destroy the Product before delivery. In such circumstances we will not be obliged to offer you a refund.

 

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Zero21, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, print vendors, business partners, employees, successors or assigns harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyers fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your infringement of the terms of Site, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once you have accepted our terms and content has been uploaded an order cannot be cancelled.

 

DELIVERY

Zero21 is in no way responsible for any delays in delivery. Zero21 will arrange delivery of the product by courier. You will be informed of the delivery date and it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery. If you are not available Zero21 may charge you for re-delivery.

Zero21 is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by matters outside its control including incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by you, transport or traffic difficulties or international customs issues. Zero21 will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible.

 

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper delivery address, Zero21 will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional delivery fee.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. We do not offer refunds or credit except in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion. You must notify Zero21 within 5 business days of delivery to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement you must return 99% of the received product within 30 days (on your expense) from the time when the ordered product was delivered.
